Student services and support programs

Boronia Heights State School provides a wide range of services to its students. These range from classroom support or extension, through to a part time Chaplain, as well as wonderful resources situated in our Resource centre.

Our Special education program supports students with disabilities with a dedicated staff who support students, teachers and families.

As a 'School Wide Positive Behaviour School' we operate a range of strategies to ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students. A behaviour room and dedicated staff to support appropriate learning is a key feature.

Rewards day each term for positive behaviour is supported by our P&C and staff and recognises the great learning and behaviour of students at  Boronia Heights State School.

  • Guidance officer

    The guidance officer works with the administration team as a team member to respond to special needs in the school.

  • Support teacher literacy and numeracy
